I am passionate about preventative health.
My focus has been primarily on women’s health. I owned a women’s fitness and nutrition centre for four years and am a Certified Women’s Health Expert with Lorna Vanderhaeghe.
My introduction to the power of nutrition was the success I had helping my numerous foster children avoid labels and medication by researching nutritional and herbal answers to their various physical, mental, emotional, and social needs.
Because of my love of sports and understanding the importance of excellent nutrition for athletic performance, I also became a Registered Sports Nutrition Advisor.
I believe that given the right tools, our bodies were created to heal themselves. Every body is unique and therefore unique protocols must be put together for each body.

Aromatherapists can assess and support the treatment of or enhance a variety of physical and mental conditions through careful selection of quality plant essential oils . Some may use lymph drainage or relaxation massage as part of the application.
Cancer coaching
Cancer Coaches offer support to individuals with cancer and their family. They use complementary approaches to promote health and healing before, during and after cancer treatments.
Herbalism is a traditional medicinal or folk medicine practice based on the use of plants and plant extracts.

Sports Nutrition
Sports Nutrition is the study and practice of nutrition and diet as it relates to athletic performance. It is concerned with the type and quantity of fluid and food taken by an athlete, and deals with nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, supplements and organic substances such as carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
