Scott Andrews, ROHP RNCP

Scott Andrews has worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years, both as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. Scott is a graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition Toronto Campus and has recently received his Master Trainer certificate from YMCA Canada. Scott leads workshops to train fitness professionals in some of the top clubs in Canada. He has worked with clients ranging from those recovering from chemotherapy to ultra-endurance athletes. He is locally recognized as an expert in the field of performance conditioning and weight management. His use of the Paleolithic approach has helped many of his clients reach their full potential. He has instructed countless people in the fitness industry as well as contributed newspaper and magazine articles on his methods and techniques. In addition to conducting workshops on weight management, holistic living and running his own private nutrition and fitness practice, Scott teaches Fitness and Sports Nutrition at The Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver.
