It is often cited that up to 90% of our daily thoughts are repetitive, negatively oriented, and shaped by social conditioning, rather than conscious choice. A simple awareness exercise: One way to do this is to treat every thought as if it mattered. Pause and imagine each thought could be written across the sky for all to see – not to judge yourself, but to guide yourself. Ask: Is this a thought I would welcome back in five years, fifty years, or even a lifetime from now? If it comes from a place of honour, clarity, and responsibility, keep it. If not, let it go and choose again.
